Florida Lottery launches new Bright Futures resource page to support Florida students and families

Tallahassee, Fla. – The Florida Lottery is proud to announce the launch of its newly enhanced Bright Futures resource page on the Florida Lottery website, designed to help Florida students, families, educators, and school counselors more easily navigate the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program.

The new Bright Futures page, launched on Monday, May 18, and serves as a centralized resource hub featuring a Bright Futures “Roadmap to Success” along with tools, information, and planning resources to support students throughout their scholarship journey.

“Bright Futures has helped more than one million Florida students pursue higher education opportunities, and we are committed to ensuring students have the tools they need to successfully navigate the scholarship process,” said Acting Secretary Reginald D. Dixon. “This new webpage serves as a convenient resource for students and families as they plan for their educational future.”

Visitors to the page can access Bright Futures public service announcements featuring scholarship tips and guidance, download the Bright Futures Student Handbook, and review answers to commonly asked questions in a dedicated FAQ section. They can also find information and direct links to apply for Bright Futures scholarships, as well as view upcoming Florida Lottery Bright Futures outreach events and community engagement opportunities hosted across the state.

In addition to practical scholarship resources, the page also highlights Bright Futures student success stories, showcasing firsthand accounts from scholarship recipients whose educational journeys were made possible through the program.
