I. SUBJECT OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Société de Gestion de la Loterie Nationale, national lottery of Morocco, located on the 8th floor of the
Crystal Tower 2, Marina Casablanca, Casablanca - Morocco, is launching a Request For Proposal (RFP)
for:
ASSISTANCE WITH THE OPERATIONALIZATION OF THE FUTURE OPERATING MODEL OF THE SOCIÉTÉ DE
GESTION DE LA LOTERIE NATIONALE AND THE PREPARATION FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION
II. CONDITIONS
1. Documents of the RFP
The documents of the RFP can be collected at the head office of Société de Gestion de la Loterie
Nationale, located on the 8th floor of the Crystal Tower 2, Marina Casablanca, Casablanca - Morocco.
They could also be sent electronically to competitors who make a written request for it.
2. Documents required
The documents required must comply with the provisions of the Consultation Rules of the RFP.
III. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
The proposals established in accordance with the Consultation Rules must be submitted by Thursday,
November 5, 2026 at the latest, before 10 a.m. (Moroccan time).
These proposals can be:
✓ Received with an acknowledgment of receipt at the head office of Société de Gestion de la
Loterie Nationale,
✓ Sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the aforementioned address.
IV. BUDGET
The estimated budget for this service is three million six hundred thousand (3,600,000.00) Moroccan
Dirhams, all taxes included.
V. OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS
The opening of the proposals will take place, in a public session, on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at
11:00 a.m. (Moroccan time) at the headquarters of Société de Gestion de la Loterie Nationale, located
on the 8th floor of the Crystal Tower 2, Marina Casablanca, Casablanca - Morocco.
