Chile 2025: Cibelae joins the international seminar on Legal and Responsible Gaming in Santiago April 28 and 29
Cibelae will actively participate in the First International Seminar on Legal and Responsible Gaming – Chile 2025 , which will take place on April 28 and 29 at the Marriott Hotel in Santiago, Chile. This event, organized by the Concepción Lottery and the Chilean Charity Lottery , two institutions that are regular members of Cibelae, will bring together leading international experts to address key issues in the gaming industry.
The seminar will focus on four main themes: regulation and international strategies against illegal gambling, practical cases of effective strategies, mental health and addiction prevention, and regulation of online betting platforms in Chile. Confirmed speakers include renowned figures such as Jesús Huerta Almendro , President of Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (SELAE) of Spain; Andreas Kötter , CEO of Westlotto and President of the World Lottery Association (WLA) of Germany; Walter de Beauvesier Watson , consultant at ISICS Group of the Netherlands; Philippe Vlaemminck , a leading lawyer in the debate on gambling in the European Union; and Ana Isabel Estévez , a Spanish psychologist specializing in addictions.
