PHOENIX (September 25, 2025) – The Arizona Lottery announced today that Chief of Staff May Mgbolu has been named to the Emerging Leaders of Gaming 40 Under 40, a distinction presented by Global Gaming Business Magazine that recognizes rising stars driving the future of the gaming industry.
In her dual role as Chief of Staff at the Arizona Lottery and Special Advisor to the Governor on gaming matters, Mgbolu provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to the state’s gaming sector. She is known for navigating complex regulatory environments while also advancing initiatives that maximize efficiency and revenue to benefit Arizonans.

The Emerging Leaders of Gaming 40 Under 40 program honors professionals under the age of 40 who are making significant contributions to gaming in areas including technology, operations, marketing, compliance and regulation. Honorees will be recognized at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas and featured in Global Gaming Business Magazine throughout the year.
