RALEIGH, N.C. (WAVY) — The Sports Betting Committee of the North Carolina State Lottery Commission approved the rulemaking process on the fourth set of wagering rules in September. A notice of proposed rulemaking for sports wagering and puri-mutuel wagering was issued too.
The Commission will accept public comments on a specific rule or set of rules on a public comment webform. It offers a platform to provide any suggested changes. It will be available until Oct. 18 at 11:59 p.m.
The Commission previously scheduled a public comment session on Oct. 8 at the North Carolina State Lottery Commission Headquarters.
